you need software to unzip the win file, search up win file opener or rar file opener. they say 30 day free trial with your free download but nothing really happens if you dont, at least with the ones ive used. id recommend winzip or 7zip.
I found a couple in a dev room you can get into by jumping over the floor that drops you to the lower levels at the start of a new game but if you on PC you can get all of them by pressing ~ and typing help for a list of comands but I do not think the tapes are working just yet not sure have not updated the game yet

if you have winRAR or 7zip or else program that opens .zip files then right click on it, then click open by and chose program that open .zip winRAR or 7zip or else, then make other folder on screen and select all files then drag them to folder and open game ex. deep in brixen space or (DiBS).exe and taaa daa, game work if dont i will help or text to MoxieTouch. Its simple and easy.
How do you end the sex scenes? It comes up with a flashing circle, but no button seems to do anything. I can't click on it either as you have no mouse in those scenes.
Ok I must say, this game is really cool and has a lot of future, I hope this becomes a big project and doesn't get scrapped like some other nice games like this one.

I have a problem with being on mac at the moment where aiming down and shooting is impossible with the trackpad, could you possible make a toggle aim setting or maybe a keybind for aiming? Love the game and can't wait to see where it goes!
Edit-I've found the keybind for it (shift), I think you should add it into the controls section you have above though. Still love the game!

I'm a Mac user, I also encountered the problem of "DiBS is damaged and can't be opened." when I opened the game for the first time, and after performing the steps mentioned in the Readme file, I found that it didn't work.
Then I searched the web and found a workable solution.
First, right-click on the DiBS application and select "Show Package Contents".
After that, expand "Contents" - "MacOS", and find the DiBS files in the corresponding folder. For example, as shown in the screenshot.
And then, search for "Terminal" app in Launchpad. Type into terminal:chmod +x (Note that +x is preceded and followed by a space).
Click and drag this file into the terminal. Press Enter.
In this case, the file of unknown type in the access is now a Unix executable, and the icon is now normal. Reopen the DiBS.app and you will find that the downloaded program works and executes properly!
hey ! had a little question about the terminal part, i don't really get what we're supposed to type into terminal ? does the terminal file you show on the screenshot appear after typing the "terminal:chmod +x " ?
Thanks for this! I installed my copy of DiBS for the Mac using the itch.io app, which seems to get the permissions right. Took me a while to find, and I almost considered this route, but the very next message in the thread I was checking out mentioned that the itch.io app gets it right, so i just did that. When I download the game it says DiBS_0.4.4_win and I can only open it with something like the notes app.

this a pretty well made game
by the asmospheric and soundtracks at some part the game its give me lowkey horror vibe
the escape mechanics is so good its make make other mechanics missing something but its still fine, progession would be good (for me i think)

Downloaded the MAC version but the game won't open. I get a popup saying:
“DiBS” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin.
